Panama City Beach is a beautiful community which has felt the unintended consequences since the government enacted regulations to eliminate college Spring Break in 2015.
The vacuum created since then has been unable to both economically recover and public safety case been negatively impacted due to an unsavory element which has capitalized on the recurring economic downturn of late March & early April each year.
The S.A.F.E.R. PCB Initiative is a project which works together with residents, businesses, public officials and quasi-government entities to bring economic prosperity and a safer community back to Panama City Beach during this time period.

S.A.F.E.R. PCB believes in taking steps now to make changes happen in the future. That's why we've taken the initiative with creating a first concept for one of many possibilities to reshape what our late March and early April look like in Panama City Beach.
Holding a ten day festival designed to bring First Responders and Military personnel and their families to our community is an opportunity to both recognize those worthy of recognition and also discourage those who would otherwise choose to take advantage of our community.
Events, music, tournaments for everyone, combined with professional development and networking opportunities for those who serve will allow visitors to discover why Panama City Beach should be at the top of their list for future travel and possibly even a move to our community.
Through sponsorships, vendor support and community engagement, S.A.F.E.R. PCB can bring in upwards of 50,000 of these heroes to enjoy our beaches and alleviate the tremendous burden on our local guardians.
